Professional - Headlight/Back Light Repair Set

For preparation of cloudy and scratched polycarbonate lenses.
• 3 predefinded grinding categories in order to remove for example not
only yellowing and shades (superficial opacity of the coating) at
polycarbonate lenses, but also damages that are more serious
• highest protection against aggressive environmental and other
influences
• for hand and machine use
Application:
• mask off headlights /back lights
• select grinding category according to the damage of the lens
• clean lens of the light with Aqua-Silicone Remover
• start with the coarsest grinding paper of the selected grinding
category and do a dry grinding of the lens
• after uniform cloudiness of the lens, proceed with next finer grinding
paper of the selected grinding category
• do regularly intermediate cleaning of the lens with Aqua-Silicone
Remover
• do wet grinding with Abralon-grinding pads
• clean the lens after having finished all grinding operations with
Aqua-Silicone Remover and then use Primer Special afterwards
• after drying (approx. 15 min) apply 2K-Clear Coat Special. Dust-dry
after approx. 30 min
• suitable for eccentric disc sander Art.-No. 5353 3370
