2K-HS-Filler L290

Fast-drying, high-solid acrylic filler with outstanding stability for
high layer thicknesses (up to 300 µm)
• Outstanding stability (no drop-in)
• Very quick-drying
• Excellent wet-in-wet application (no sanding in between)
• High layer thickness (up to 300 µm dry film)
• Outstanding sandability
• High degree of rust protection due to anti-corrosive pigments
Fields of application:
For filling sanded paints, factory-primed or spackled surfaces. For the
surface treatment of vehicle paints of various surfaces. Excellent
compensation at sanblasting surfaces due to high filling power.
Surfaces:
• Hardened old paints, factory-primed new parts, spackled surfaces
• For slightly uneven surfaces (high filling power)
• For aluminium and galvanized surfaces we recommend a pre-
priming with e.g. 1K-Universal Primer L286
• Overpaintable with all common paints
• Can not be coated with filler
• Not suitable for powder-coatings
• Tipp: When applying as wet-in-wet filler add up to 25 % of
acrylic thinner R508. Longer aeration times.
Mixing:
• 4:1 with 2K-Acryl HS-Hardener L280 and Acrylic Thinner R508

Application equipment:
• Spray guns
• Spray gun nozzle at least Ø 1.7 mm; in case of wet-in-wet application
with nozzle at least Ø 1.4 mm
• Breathing protection mask filter type: A2 / A2 P3 (Art.-No. 5403 6815)
