                                                                         organisations where I have
                                                                         seen diversity that had
                                                                         different ways of thinking.
                                                                         People’s way of thinking is
                                                                         different and they base
                                                                         their thinking  from
                                                                         different levels.
                                                                         These levels are classified
                                                                         as the basic foundations of
                                                                         achievement.

                                                                         These people tend to stay
                                                                         at one organisation far too
                                                                         long, having no growth, no
                                                                         positive contribution and
                                                                         each time a new person
                                                                         come to join the
