Ms. Pipkin's Teapot

Description: A teapot with all the quirks and charms of being
hand thrown. Adorned with small painted flowers and a nicely
fitting lid.

Material Cost:
Effect: Imbued with the hospitality of Ms. Pipkin herself, any
non-magical liquid added to this pot will be enough to share
with however many cups are present for 1 hour. The liquid
continually refills for the hour. Similar designs can be used to
make the accompanying sugar pot and cream server. Much
like company, this teapot can only be around so long before it
loses its charm.
