Preface










                                           Om Swastyastu, Om Awighnamastu namo siddham

                                           We, PT Candaka nusa Cakrawala (PT. CnC), is a private airport
                                           company that run airport operation and its management.

                                           We are currently building an exclusive airport located in Jembrana
                                           Bali.  This  exclusive  airport  is  intended  to  serve  private  jets,
                                           helicopters and  ATR-72 class aircraft.

                                           Our  vision  which  underlies  the  construction  of  this  exclusive
                                           airport is to develop the economic of the Jembrana region which is
                                           currently undeveloped. With the presence of this exclusive airport,
                                           we expect Jembrana to become a developing region in various
                 sector such as economic, cultural and tourism and make Jembrana known both nationally
                 and internationally, so that it can attract investors to invest in various sectors, which in turn
                 can improve the local economy.

                 In developing our exclusive airport, we not only build  physical airports technically
                 comply with civil aviation regulations (CASR Part 139 Aerodrome), but we also
                 developed management systems that comply with   international quality management
                 system  that standardized by International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
                 This airport could not have been realized without the support of various parties. We hereby
                 thank the Regent of Jembrana and their staff, DGCA  and Jembrana community leaders
                 who supported the construction of the airport.
