To relieve boredom when business is slow and Arturo, the owner, is

mixing a batch of extremely wet, sticky dough. Then throwing it at

each other. At the end of the game, the person with the most dough

workers have recently invented another game. That they call “beef

darts. The object of the game is to earn points. By throwing small
balls of raw hamburger at a pizza-sauce target painted on the wall.

As their games become more elaborate and messy. The likelihood

that they will be caught increases. But they have been lucky. So

far. Whenever Arturo returns to the restaurant. The kitchen is
spotless and the employees are hard at work.
