Cloud Computing Deployment Models
As we have seen, cloud computing can be available to any subscriber or
just within an organization. In addition to the cloud service models, there
are also a number of ways to deliver or roll out these cloud services. In
some of these deployment models, the financial commitment lies with the
organizations that use these clouds. This means they do not completely fit
our earlier definitions of cloud computing.
Private cloud
Community cloud
Public cloud
Hybrid cloud
Figure 1-5 depicts the ways in which these cloud services can be
deployed.
