Daniel Lachance, CompTIA Cloud Essentials, CompTIA A+, CompTIA
Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCT, MCSA, MCITP, MCTS, is a
technical trainer for Global Knowledge and has delivered classroom
training for a wide variety of products for the past 19 years. He has
developed custom applications and planned, implemented, troubleshot, and
documented various network configurations. Daniel has worked as a
technical editor on a number of certification titles, and he authored
CompTIA Security+ Certification Practice Exams (Exam SY0-301).

Cazzy Jordan is responsible for disseminating knowledge for the benefit of
organizations looking to leverage and optimize IT investments, people, and
processes. As a technologist, with degrees and experience in both
psychology and law, Cazzy is able to bring a unique perspective into how
