[But, life is not all honeymoon—the crisis.]
II. Crisis
A. Problems arise

B. Life becomes difficult

2. Offend others
[As you gain control over the crises, you learn how to cope.]

III. Recovery
A. Period of learning to cope
B. You learn intercultural competence
