 An Italian classic
Triple batches are reccomended!
3 large eggs
1 1/4 c flour (Gluten free flour 1 to 1 baking also works great) 1/2 c sugar
3:4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oil of choice
2 tsp Extract flavoring of your choice. We use vanilla!
1 Mix all the ingredients together until smooth
2Heat the pizzelle iron according to its directions
3 Drop about one tablespoon of dough in the middle of each of the plates.
4Lower the upper heated element and in for approximately 45 seconds and then you will have pizzelles!
