P. 3

An ideal teacher always goes beyond textbooks; he gives learners an opportunity for 4IR. He engages in
               technology during his teaching.

Here is an example of MR SHIVAMBU doing educational games. In this case I was learning this game
from my learners which means I am a lifelong learner, who believes that leaners are not empty tanks.
That is why I am able to learn from them (learners). Such action makes one an ideal teacher because he
               makes learning fun.

In this school an ideal teacher must have the 21 century skills in order to be able to use games and
smartboards as a form of teaching resources. One of the things I loved about my school is that it is a
paperless school which means we are technological based, everything is found online.

               Overcrowded

The school has small classes, as you can see in the picture that the teacher finds it hard to move around.
Such cases need an ideal teacher who will be able to group learners into groups in order for him to be
able to monitor their learning progress. Such a situation needs an ideal teacher who will be able to
divide learners into groups in order to be able to manage them. The ideal teacher in this case need to be
more than just book based teacher, the lesson ought to be creative and active in order to keep the
learners active. This is a good way to help deal with misbehavior.
