Jewelry Care

Each piece of handcrafted Reventia Sterling Designs jewelry is made from the highest
quality .925 sterling silver, semi-precious gems, natural stones and pearls. All of our
designs feature 92.5% sterling silver and 7.5% copper for strength. There is no nickel,
stainless steel, rhodium, fillers or plating of any kind in our jewelry. Our heirloom
quality jewelry is not meant to be worn in all conditions. Never immerse your jewelry in
chlorine, salt water, mineral springs or suntan lotion. Avoid exposing your jewelry to
extreme temperatures, cosmetics, hairspray, cologne and perfume, as this may damage
or tarnish your jewelry. Many household cleaners contain chlorine bleach as an
ingredient. Be aware that exposure to harsh chemicals can cause discoloration and may
compromise the integrity of the original setting.

Return, Exchange and Warranty Policy

Reventia Sterling Designs guarantees that our jewelry is of the highest quality
workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
for a full refund or exchange within sixty (60) days of the date of your purchase. You
may contact your Ambassador or contact Customer Relations by email at
support@reventiasterlingdesigns.com

We stand behind our jewelry and warrant that all of the pieces will be free from
manufacturing defects for the life of the product. If you believe that your jewelry has a
manufacturing defect, you may return it to us and if we determine that your jewelry is
damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair it, or, if we deem it
appropriate, we will replace the item. If the item is no longer available, Reventia will
replace it with like-kind or allow a credit equal to the selling price of the jewelry.
Please maintain a copy of your original or emailed receipt to demonstrate that you are
the original customer.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural
characteristics, such as variations in color, inclusions, visible or otherwise, in gemstones
and semi-precious gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These character-
istics are considered to be part of the character of the item, and should not be
considered a defect.
