Patents Filed

Provisional Patents have been filed for two key technologies related to Hydrostatic
Systems developed at AMTDC. Patent application numbers & titles are as follows:

1. IIT Madras IDF 1787 - Hydrostatic bearing film thickness control using a Tube
Diaphragm system (MTD Flow Controller)

2. IIT Madras IDF 1786 - Flow regulator to control the hydrostatic bearing film-
thickness using a circular flat membrane (CMD Flow Controller)
