       The Barwil Building Condominium Owners Association, Inc 

       manages building operations and  common area maintenance.





       The main lobby and keyed elevator service only penthouse PH500

       and the  2nd/3rd floor commercial units; the 1st floor commercial

       storefront  and 4th floor residential units use alternate access

       points. 





       Two dedicated 24/7 reserved long term contract parking  spaces are

       available for PH500 in the  parking lot next door. Each spot may be

       registered to up to three vehicles and PH500's owner can easily edit

       vehicle license plate assignments for each spot using the lot's online

       parking management tool.





       Low condo fees of $891.33/month include all utilities (electric,

       water, sewer, waste removal) and common area maintenance.




       Pets are allowed.
