UPDATING AN EVENT REGISTRATION _____________________________________________
1 : HOW TO UPDATE AN EVENT REGISTRATION
This is easy to solve ! Follow these simple steps ...
If you have already registered but want to alter your registration – say add another guest or partner – you cannot just log on and alter the previous registration.
This what you do ...
1st : cancel your registration for the event 2nd : register again with the new details 3rd : alldone –itisaseasyasthat.
Remember though, you can only add guest[s] to your details
before the registration cut off date which is usually 3 or 4 days beforehand.
2 : UPDATING A REGISTRATION WHERE YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE EVENT
IN ADVANCE
If you have already registered but want to alter your registration – say add another guest or partner – to an event such as the
Christmas Party where you have paid in advance... if you follow the above system and cancel then it might incur refunding and repaying.
To avoid complications this what you do...
1st : phone the organiser of the event as listed on the event details
2nd : explain to them that you need to alter your registration – maybe to include an extra guest – and the organiser will make the necessary changes for you.
Remember though, you can only alter or add guest[s] to your details
before the registration cut off date which is usually 7 days beforehand.
Registered for a club event but need to alter your details ?
A few times recently members have registered for an event and then incurred problems trying to add a guest to their registration on the website at a later date.
The Treasurer and Management Committee have supplied these helpful procedures for you to follow.

This helps us when checking numbers and is vital when advising cafés, restaurants and various venues where booking numbers in advance is essential. Your help in this would be very much appreciated.
