Malcolm and Susan putting the restored Riley through its paces...
Ricky Bolan, who fitted the running boards; front and rear splash guards; Ricky also tidied up the paint work and fabricated several new panels.
John and Suvipa who supplied the side and tail lights and the fabric for the body.
Matt Nobel, who is finishing the car, including the fabrication of a Brooklands style remote gear shift, fitting the twin SUs linkages and fuel lines. Matt also corrected many issues on the car that were not authentic; his attention to detail has been phenomenal.
Chris Stafford and Peggie have provided continual support and encouragement throughout and provided their Brooklands Restoration Facility over a two year period at no cost.
In summary, I cannot thank the people who helped and encouraged me enough! Overall the project has taken over 10 years but I hope you will agree, we have ‘saved’ another classic car.
Cheers Malcolm
