Qualifying twenty fourth for the night show is a good start to the day for rider Phil
Nicoletti. As the gate dropped for the 450 heat one it was no surprise to see the AutoTrader/ Monster Energy/ JGR Yamaha right outside of the
top ten. Keeping his drive from the beginning Nicoletti finishes his heat race with a ninth overall moving him into a semi. Getting an even better start was just what the #34 needed to put himself into the main event and that is just what he did.
