3 CAMERON HARRISON >>
“Killa Cam” came to play for this particular stop of the amateur tour. Well rested, as he only lived in neighboring state of Texas, he was beyond excited to hear that MotoPlayground and company would be hold- ing another event at this famed raceway. He seemed to love the track, and could be found on the line ecstatic to be competing on this large of a stage. It would translate into a sixth place start, where he had the likes of Koch, Moffitt, Grasso, and Gibson around him. That sixth though, would be a quick after thought, as he would rail around com- petitors left and right, turning
it into a fourth position rather quickly. Pushing the pace with the best of the best, he was willing to crank the throttle all the way back, on any section of the track, if that meant generat- ing another position. With the big three of Koch, Moffitt, and Grasso just ahead, he would plant firmly just behind, never wavering to anyone behind. Banging off the clutch through a few of these ever so sweet powder berms, he had to be careful not to get sucked into the deceivingly thick soil, and subsequently tip over or lose momentum. He was smart enough to avoid the treacher- ous actions of this track, and would prevail even when times got tough. Pushing forward until the clock would strike twelve, he would go on to finish fourth. For the second moto, Harrison would start off in the seventh

place ride, but know he would have
to work his way forward, otherwise he could kiss the podium goodbye. This would intrinsically motivate him, pro- viding a spark to his intangible gift of charging. Propelling him into sixth and then fourth place, it was here, on lap number three, that he would set the fastest lap time of the moto! Continun- ing to dig, there was simply no stop- ping this young man, as he then found third place after a bit of searching.
With Grasso and Stephens out front and leading the way, it was just he all by himself in the bronze medal area.
It was very satisfactory to him, and he would go on to take third for the moto. Once his scores were combined, he found out that he would be sound on the podium; he was ecstatic, and all of his team was beyond proud at what he had accomplished for this weekend in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
