Hailing from Pennsylvania, you can believe that Towers has truly ridden in all types of conditions near his home- town. Whether its off-cambered terrain with rocks, or hills mimicking that of landslides, it’s all been seen through the goggle lens of this young man. And to the case in point, he always comes with away with exceptional rides, thriving in any type of condi- tion to be honest. So when arriving through the gates of the MotoPlay- ground Race at Ponca City, there was much delight going on throughout his line of thinking. If he could flourish
on the toughest of conditions back home, he should be able to absolutely dominate on a track this immaculate for the weekend. So for moto number one, his shifting would be absolutely perfect off the line, where his wheel- ing would be held to a minimum, and he would cut over immediately edging out the pack at his rearview. Throwing down a one minute, fifty-seven second laptime to begin, his lead had already grown substantially by the time they were getting into the latter half of the moto. With Trevor Colip, and Collin Allen behind, he knew he couldn’t necessarily let up, but he would back it down slightly just to conserve his energy. Even with a tad drop-off in lap- times, his pace was still abundant out front, where he would go on to claim victory, taking the win over another fast competitor, Trevor Colip. For the second rendition of this class, Towers would have a bit more work cut out
for him, with a second place start and residing position for the first two laps. Moving into first shortly thereafter, he would go onto set the fastest lap of the moto, with an absurd one minute, forty-five second go-around! No won-
