BROCK WALKER >>
Walker, the Texas Ranger, was in full force as he rolled into
the gates of Ponca City. Brock Walker, an outright stud hail- ing from Cleburne, Texas, was taking no slack off of anyone
as he signed up his name on the entrant sheet, and prepared to handle business the proper way, for the Supermini 1 (12-15) division. His Kawasaki machine was prepped to the hilt, with
all types of the freshest parts, fuel, and accessories, willing to send him into the stratosphere if chose to do so. The number 70 was one everyone was eyeing when they rolled their bikes up to the starting grid, with those surrounding him doing a quick
double take because it was so hard to believe. And with a quick flashing of his badge, along with the checking of his holster, he would fire off a few rounds, and march his way through the first laps of the opening moto, as a seventh place would be some- thing he would try his best to charge away from. That seventh was quickly washed away, and he sat fourth by the second lap. Standing up, wheeling, and hopping where ever possible,
his machine was truly working as unit, alongside his near perfect riding style. Flowing as crisp as ever, Walker would eventually move into third place, just behind that of Noah Shmerdon. As all the serious contend- ers were beginning to amass, Walker stayed composed, and placed everyone in order. He would take third, just missing a few of the ban- dits in front of him with a slim margin. Another sixth place to begin the second moto, was a place where he could work from. Holding down the position until lap three, where he moved into the number five ride. Fifth again on lap four, he wasn’t satisfied, throwing down his fastest lap of the moto, a mere second off of leader Chance Hymas. In a battle of rage amongst he, Craig, and Gavin Towers, the three were dogging each other, trying to lunge for a position on the podium overall. They were throwing caution to the wind, all in pursuit of Hymas and Clough, who were narrowly ahead. Coming into the final lap, Walker would off
a hard charging Gavin Towers. And with all of the flip-flopping that had been demonstrated over these two motos, Walker would sew up that of second overall; a spot secured for his taking!
