MALCOLM STEWART
Malcolm Stewart is finally living up to his brother’s reputation and has proved again and again,
he is blazing fast. He is publicly known as a family man as he makes it clear that his brothers health is just a as important to Malcolm as his own. He has been possessed with determination and passion this year. Its easy to tell in interviews, in the way he rides, and in the way he speaks, he wants to win. Its only a matter of time before he makes it to the top step of the podium in 2016. A couple weeks ago in Atlanta, Malcolm nearly won after a crash early in the race. At Daytona, it was easy to see that his brother’s crash was weighing on his mind as he slipped to 4th in the closing laps. Last weekend in Toronto the first turn was hectic as Malcolm most likely flattened his teammate’s tire as he was wedged in between the tire and rear fender. With a ripped jersey flapping in the wind, and two trips through the mechanics area for repairs, Malcolm had his work cut out for him. He found himself in 15th position with 5 laps
to go. Dicing through the pack with angst, Malcolm was able to somehow pass 9 riders in 5 laps and salvage a very impressive 6th. The younger Stewart brother is definitely one of the fastest riders every week and no doubt about it, is more ready for a win than he ever has been. If Malcolm can stay on two wheels, he should easily be able to coast to his first win of the season.
