Gannon Audette has been improving every weekend. Carrying momentum into Detroit after a top ten finish in last weekends main event, Audette qualified 4th in his heat race with an impres- sive come from behind performance. The main event started off hectic for Gannon as he nearly
missed a first turn pile up. Threading the needle between the down riders and their motorcycles, Audette started a charge to the front of the pack. Moving all the way up to 4th place at one point, Gannon was exchanging passes with Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Tyler Bowers half way through the race and showing confidence. When the checkered flag came out Audette crossed the line in 6th place overall. Another impressive top ten ride for the privateer rider.
