Unfortunately for the Motorcycle Superstore Suzuki team, both Jimmy Albertson and Kyle Cunningham suffered injuries last weekend in Toronto. Cunningham crashed in the second 450 practice and injured his hand. He pushed through the pain and even qualified for the main event, but could not hold on for all twenty laps. Kyle will take this weekend off in Detroit to let his hand heal up and return to the 250 West Coast series in Santa Clara April 2nd.
