TREY CANARD
In this “inherently dangerous sport”, we’re often broken and put back together again. Few know this routine as well as Trey Canard. It requires bravery (perhaps insanity) to face impending injury, but it takes true grit to return to the track better, faster, and stronger. Those on the outside may never under-
stand this kind of love for moto. And if that love is crazy, then Trey Canard needs some serious help.
Even though luck seems most often against him, Trey returns time and time again, always with a smile on his face, and his eyes set on the podium. There has been some speculation on whether or not Trey is responsible for these unfortunate situations and that nobody could be that unlucky... You could definitely make the argument that he seems to put himself into these sketchy positions; tripling in rhythm sections on the first lap, in traffic, like we saw in San Diego last week, for example. Either way, Trey had a very impressive ride at SD2 with a 5th overall and looks to be turning things around.
