The tearoffs were feverishly being peeled for Noah in the opening moments of moto number one, as he was
buried in 30th position across timing and scoring. With the pit board circulating words of encouragement, he
took the vocabulary to heart, and continued to mount a charge, rallying to 22nd nearing the halfway point. Berm after berm, McConahy’s muscles filling with lactic acid, all the while keeping the right hand pinned. He would work his way up to 18th as the checkered flag waved, and carry a positive outlook heading into round two. 21st after the first ten minutes of the second moto, Noah was still holding the Husky strong and making his camp proud. The bumps began to accumulate, as brake pads were drug and tires beat the same path. Each lap, the number 96 continued to dig, shifting through the gearbox with certainty, knowing that his competition would break with the right amount of pressure. 17th became sixteenth, and eventually a spectacular fifteenth place finish, nestled between to well known names on the tour, Tyler Bowers and Kyle Chisholm. He would take a 17th overall to the next stop on the tour, providing a plethora of positive memories and encouraging pep talk for the trek to Millville.
