The main event was rather quiet for Weston as he hovered between 7th and 8th place seemingly all race.
He had sporadic battles with Justin Brayton, Jason Anderson and Eli Tomac at different times throughout the race. Tomac and Anderson would work their way around him but he was able to keep Brayton behind. Peick was looking good to finish in 8th but a nasty get off really late in the race would send him to the ground and to a tough 11th place finish.
