  The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) role also is there to support you on a Local Marketing level. Your designated RMM will also provide you, a plan on how to gain Guest interest and increased awareness in your own community. You will work with your RMM to create a personalized plan for your store based on your interests, passions and community support. Local Store Marketing includes, but is not limited to; billboards, charitable events, donations, sponsorships, catering, school programs, sports teams and local radio.
