Per Foot Pricing
BEFORE QUOTE
IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION & - CAUTIONS -
Do not attempt to determine “per foot pricing”. Complex lighting systems and odd-length runs often require extra drivers or custom-made parts. Gammalux will not be responsible to accept an order at a given price if it is not consistent with the rules of this book. Should a per-foot option be required, contact factory.
Individuals vs Runs
It is not recommended to use 4’ pricing and multiply it out by the number of 4’ers that would be required for a run. This would result in an artificially high price that will be higher than a properly quoted run. Fixtures ordered as (and customer approved as) individual fixtures cannot be assembled in continuous rows or patterns in the field.
Specification Credit and Pricing Control
It is the specifying agent’s responsibility to register a spec prior to Gammalux receipt of quote requests or orders. After Spec registration, the spec agent can request that all factory quotes be sent to their office for transmittal to other agents requesting pricing. Otherwise, all projects will be quoted to any qualified recipient. Gammalux will not assume the spec was created by other than the office requesting the factory quote. If, after receipt of an order, it is determined that specification credit was due to another agent, commission will be adjusted accordingly.
Patterns
Continuous Runs
DURING QUOTE
Use the longest housing lengths possible to populate the run and calculate the price for the entire run. The quoted item # should call out the entire run length.
Odd Lengths
Prices have been provided for ‘standard’ lengths of 4’, 8’ & 12’. To calculate prices for odd length fixtures or runs, round to the next 4’ increment. Examples: A 5’3” fixture would be priced as 8’. A 37’ run would be priced as 40’.
L, T and X connectors are not sold separately. Prices have been provided for connector adders as part of a pattern. To figure out the price for a pattern, determine the length and price of each leg, then add the cost of the connector. For an L shaped pattern, the resulting item # will be EX:
GB24RC2-1SOLED30-UNV-ZTV-4’ X 4’ L-PTN-REC/GFW-ASLMD-(1)MC90. For a square or rectangular pattern, the resulting item # will be EX:
GB24RC2-1SOLED30-UNV-ZTV-4’ X 4’ SQ-PTN-REC/GFW-ASLMD-(4)MC90.
Complex Applications
Do not attempt to price complex patterns, unusual mounting, fixtures with structural modifications, etc. If you do not see an option in this price book, or if the product must be modified, consult factory for pricing.

EMERG
Individual fixtures of 4’ or less do not require an adder for EMERG function. Indicate the # of EMERG sections in the item # (2EMERG, 3EMERG, etc.).
Each emergency battery pack provides power to one 4’ section of a fixture or run. In bi-directional fixtures, battery packs power the lower portion only. Indicate the # of BPE sections in the item # (2BPE, 3BPE, etc.).
Minimum Order
To maintain factory efficiency and profitability, a $1,500 minimum order requirement applies. Exceptions must be
received in writing from the factory.
