During my internship period I came out with the following outcomes

� First thing that I learned from DR,Naeema AL Gasser to always keep your smile
up for everyone no matter how hard your day was , knowing DR,Naeema AL
Gasser she make believe in myself again and every day I can do better than the day
before and always helps others peoples and attending every staff meeting with her
to see the world a better place to believe in myself and to keep my knowlge always
up to date no matter how others see it a small thing or small information and how

to deal with the other colleges looking at her everyday I found my role model
wishing one day to be like here.
� I Understood the difference of work between headquarters, regional offices and

country offices.
� How to Communicate clearly about the program/area of work.

� I learned a lot of hospital accretions and hospitals regulations system and rules.

� I improved my skills in excel, pow points and communications skills and leading
skills.

� I learned how to attends meetings and when to talk and when to listen to others

� I learned how to prepare for a workshop’s form the start until the last point of the
workshop to pay the participants and to do finals report after every workshop.

� I learned how to prepare DI and the deference between DFCs & DI.

� I learned more about EHA unit and their work

� I learned a lot of information about international health regulation (IHR).
� I was also exposed to the field work in different workshops.

I had the chance to communicate and interact with many experts from WHO
during my internship period.
