During my internship period I contributed and

participated to the following activities:

1.I helped making antibiotic resistants’ weak presentations.
2.I have been a part of police hospital assist with the internationals team ( Dr.Salha

fakory – Dr Salim –Dr Thomas )
3.I helped the pharmacy unit in making changes in their two books (herbal –
medicine) and printing them.
4.I helped Zahra doing TR and uploading materials in GSM and every payment

after the end of every workshops, doing budget breakdown for workshop’s.
5.I Attended all the meetings of police hospital until the last big meeting with the
phase one of police hospital accretions final report.

6.I participated in preparing united nation day (UN Day) with Hala and other
WHO staff we did presentation’s and live photos and we present different materials
of World Health Organization work competing with others organizations.
7.I attended points of entry (POE) meetings for planning for the workshops and
reviewed the workshop’s materials according to the contract with federal ministry
of health (FMOH) then I prepared the budget break down for the five points of

entry (POE) workshop’s.
8.I attended with Dr. Arun meeting in medical supply

9.I attended the second mission of assessment of emergency units in 8 hospitals in
Sudan with 3 national emergency physicians and 3 internationals emergency
physicians with all the assessment meetings.
10.I prepared for the third mission of police hospital accretions that have been
conducted in police crime center with two internationals consultant’s ( dr slha
fakory and dr Salim)

11.I prepared and coordinate points of entry(POE) workshops two in Khartoum
with Dr. Mohamed Yousef and two other in the red sea with Dr. Mahgoub Hamid.

12.I attended the last meeting of points of entry (POE)in red sea preparing for the
phase two of the project of the points of entry (POE) with Dr. Mahgoub Hamid.
13.I attended IHR meeting with Dr. Mahgoub Hamid.

14.I prepared everything related to water safety plane workshop with dr Mohamed
al minshaowi and conducted the workshop in red sea.
15.I prepared everything related to IHR workshops and attended one workshops of
them conducted in the red sea.
