ITM’s “transparent” new home
THE COOPERATIVE’S SUPPORT O ce team having “camped out” for some time during the extensive reworking of its premises, they will no doubt now be appreciating their modern, collaborative and open plan workplace.
Featuring a single uni ed work zone, designers Stack say that with ITM’s essentially at structure, there was only need for two separate o ces, with the rest of the team in open plan.
Quieter spaces are located to the rear of the building accommodating the main boardroom, working lounge, hot desks, focus rooms, VC meet room and a green recording room.
On arrival, you’ll see plenty of visual
connections to the workspaces and social zones, with sight-lines from one end of the o ce to the other.
There are no blockages or concealed zones, allowing for more fluid interaction across the whole
Support Office.
e quality of the project has been
recognised with it being named a Finalist in the 2020 Interior Design Awards Workplace (up to 1000m2 category).
