Anson having grown both his sales and margins over the last year in spite of Covid-19, thanks in part to significant lift in new business, Branch Op, Mark Moffitt, says Anson’s performance in the ultra-competitive Auckland Asian market has been “outstanding”, a tribute to his “tenacity” and having built “genuine trust” with his many longstanding customers.

Just 18 months into his role as Commercial Account Manager, this former automobile service manager understands how to go about customer service and adding value to his complex customer base. Craig is a relationship guy, listing maintenance of his precious customer relationships before, during and after lockdown as much of a key achievement as beating budget. Always trying to go “above and beyond” for his customers and for his team members, Cook St Branch Op, Dale King, talks of Craig as an “exceptional performer” and new business winner who simply “hit the ground running”.

The first of our three blue-shirted Finalists, Bradley is a former apprentice and LBP, so he comes to this role armed with intimate knowledge of customers, products and their applications. Queenstown JV, Matt Cleaver, says Bradley is “tenacious” yet “steady and calm” and that if he continues as he’s started, then “Bradley has the world at his feet”. Bradley himself says his best achievement
