Selleys, by Jimny!
Selleys announced its December national promotion winner just before Christmas. The winners of the grand prize – a much sought after latest model Suzuki Jimny Safari (recommended retail price $29,990 plus on road costs!) – were Alec and Fiona Calderwood,
who purchased Selleys Sugar Soap at Mitre 10 MEGA Ruakura to be in to win. Selleys sends out a massive thanks to all its retail partners, Suzuki NZ and all those who entered.

The judges said of the Pymble House by Manly-based designer
Belinda Edmunds of hungerford+edmunds: “This home has a well-defined personality with its strong horizontal features emphasised through accent colour.
“The hues are chosen thoughtfully and in sympathy with the environment linking together the public and private faces of this home, culminating in a creative riot of colour on the poolside mural for added frivolity and fun.”

The judges said of the project: “Colours and materials are juxtaposed to accentuate their beauty. The dark wood stain cleverly plays off the rocky landscape, while the burnt bold orange accents harness the smouldering heat of a volcano to frame features.
“It’s a colour-fuelled reminder to us all that colour brilliance is not just the colours you choose but how you choose to embrace them through the architecture.”
