Both heritage buildings, but of very different styles and scales, the two top projects of the 2020 Resene Total Colour Awards were the Nancy Martin House by Ann Shelton and Duncan Munro for (photos Bonny Beattie) and the Hawkes Bay Opera House Upgrade by Dave Pearson of DPA Architects.
