Steps:-
(1) Take A New Blank Page Height=800px, Width =800px, Background =

Transparent.
(2) Take Elliptical Marquee Tool And Draw Circle Selection.

(3) Fill Any Color On It.
(4) Go To Blending Option And Choose Pattern Fill.

(5) Chose Pattern Like Mic And Scale It Something 15 And Ok
(6) Take A New Layer

(7) Select Both Layers
(8) Press Ctrl +E And Marge Them

(9) Go To Filter-> Render->Distort->Spherize (Size 100%)

(10) Again Do 9 Same Process
(11) Press Ctrl +D For Deselect

(12) Take A New Layer.
(13) Draw A Rectangular On Circle With The Help Of Marquee Selection

Tool
(14) Fill Gradient Color.

(15) Remove Section Use Bevel And Emboss Option.
(16) Take A New Layer

(17) Make Rectangular And Fill Gradient And Ctrl +T Use Perspective
Option.

(18) Make Button
(19) Make Wire With Brush Tool

(20) Marge All Layers
(21) Go To Filter =>Render =>Lighting Effect.
(22) Go To Blending Option And Use Drop Shadow
