Every afternoon when you get in from work or school, take a few minutes to do the following.
My Good Thinking today ... Instead of my old Stinky Thinking ... How things turned out?
(Tom can’t make me upset, I’ll ignore him...If anyone makes fun of me, I’ll hit him...I am in control and Tom quit bothering me)
(I studied hard for this test and will do well... I never do well in this subject and I’ll fail...I did not get scared and passed the test.)
By doing this exercise daily, you will recognize your Good Thinking and how it is replacing your Stinky Thinking. You will realize how much benefit you are getting from your Magic Glasses. If you do this exercise every day for a few months, your Good Thinking will become so automatic that you will not have to think about making yourself do it.
