Hello everyone, Cosmos Crow here again to talk with you about how you humans and some animals are a lot alike. This little story is about how we help some of our younger crows learn how to deal better with difficult situations.
Let me ask you, have you ever seen a bunch of birds sitting on a telephone wire or up in a tree. I am sure you have seen something like that. But did you also notice that sometimes, there is one bird that is away from the rest of the birds. That bird is sitting all by his or herself.
You may not have known it but the bird sitting all alone was in bird “Time Out”. And whenever a crow gets sent to Time Out, we call them “Timmy Timeout”.
We want the bird that is sent to Time Out to understand that we are not angry with them but they were doing something they should not be doing and for a little while, they have to become a ”Timmy Timeout”.
