José Paulo – Ideal Decision

PRESENTATION

In this book you will find a brief biography based on determi-
nation and obstinacy for results, two words that are part of the
daily routine of one the biggest names in the technology business
in Latin America, the businessman José Paulo, 46 years old, who
loves his family.

Today, José Paulo is married, father of two children and will
soon be a father for the third time. Since his youth, he was always
eager for results and hard work. He devoted to studies, graduated
in Production Engineering, he has in his DNA an endless search
for knowledge. Nowadays, the businessman obtains the titles of
Master and Doctor in Business Administration and Post-Doctorate
in International Relations from FCU / USA.
In 1995 he started his first business and in the last two decades
he built a multimillionaire Group of 21 companies operating in
a variety of fields. CEO of the Ideal Trends Group, one of the
most promising business conglomerates in Brazil and notably ex-
panding abroad, José Paulo implemented management principles
practiced by every employee and a solid and effective culture in
every way.

With a keen eye for new businesses, José Paulo is not limited
to his own growth, he also dedicates to the formation and men-
torship of thousands of people, giving the opportunity to his em-
ployees to meritocratically become partners of his companies and
following his model of leading by example.
