020) SCARLET FLAME COLOR MAGIC BARBIE OOAK

• This was one of Shae’s favorite Color Magic dolls
and was prominently featured on his Flickr account
• Her hair is unusual because the mixture of deep
eggplant and golden blonde is a combination that
is rarely seen. We feel she started out with a golden
blonde hair color which normally changes to scarlet
flame (bright copper color). This doll’s hair has
oxidized to a deep burgundy color with traces of
gold still evident
• Shae did a beautiful job restyling her hair into a
trendy blunt cut with long bangs, and she looks so
stylish!
• Her face paint is the harder-to-find soft color version
with pretty blue eyes and coral lips
• Shae shared his pleasure at rejuvenating her face as
her brows are rubbed off, but this creative hair style made her look beautiful again.
• Upon inspection we noticed that she has a small neck split starting on the inside neck rim that is
not visible from the outside
• American Girl body is in very good to excellent condition, left hip is swingy, polish rubs
• She comes wearing a pak outfit, in very good to excellent condition, includes OT white heels (one
shoe split)
• Although not a pristine doll, she was a sentimental favorite of Shae’s and is quite dazzling!

021) GERMAN FRANCIE

• Hard to find doll is all original, with full blonde hair,
sans ribbon (hair could use a restyle)
• Original face paint is in near mint condition. This very
cute and perky doll has distinctive small bright coral
lips and very wide blue eyes
• Earring holes at both ears, slightly dark at lobes
• She has her original TNT S/L body which was used
in only some foreign issue dolls of this era, such as
the Japanese version Francie Dolls and the German
Francie
• Body has some light vinyl flaws at the shins, otherwise
in excellent condition
• Comes wearing a near mint and complete Vested
Interest with yellow cut out heels

022) BLONDE AMERICAN GIRL BARBIE

• This cover girl has gorgeous shiny hair in her original
styling, it is the 1965 version and is in a neat crisp
bob
• All original face paint, beautiful blue eyes with soft
shadow, lips have oxidized to a lovely peach color
• Body appears excellent plus, we did not remove
her outfit, but detected a light pink stain at one
shoulder
• She comes wearing an excellent and complete
Gold ‘n Glamour with lush fur and those HTF brown
spike heels
• What a classic combination!
