Governance
Shekou International School's (SIS) ownership by the non-profit organization, International Schools Services (ISS) ensures financial management for the direct benefits of our students. ISS has provided management and other services to more than 800 schools and thousands of educators each year across the globe for more than 60 years. SIS derives great advantage from being owned and governed by ISS through their experience.
The Board of Directors at SIS is in charge of offering strategic governance for the long- term benefit of SIS. Through ISS management of Shekou International School, the ethos of not for profit service flows through the governance structures. The Board of Directors
meets throughout the year.
