  Asian Sesame Courgette Noodles
INGREDIENTS
SERVES: 4
TOTAL TIME: 15 Minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, mix the coriander, vinegar, oil, garlic, red pepper, sugar, and 1⁄2 tsp salt.
Add the courgette toss until well combined. Divide amongst 4 bowls and serve immediately.
    10g fresh coriander, finely chopped 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp sugar
3 medium courgette, spiralised
