Spinach and Potato Waffles
INGREDIENTS
1 large egg
85 grams non-dairy yogurt or plain Greek yogurt 25 grams oats
1 handful of spinach
Pinch of stevia
SERVES: 1
TOTAL TIME: 6 Minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring your waffle iron up to heat.
Blend all the ingredients together, then when your waffle iron is ready, carefully pour the batter into the iron and close.
Cook until the batter is no longer steaming (this should take around 5 minutes).
The waffle should be slightly golden brown. Serve warm with your favourite toppings
