From the above discussion and the use of media to support our discussion of the
school context and an ideal teacher needed for the school, it is clear that UJ
Metropolitan Academy is an ideal school that provide a wide range of social and
educational opportunities for learners to learn and teachers to teach effectively. It is
evident that UJ Metropolitan Academy has the ideal teacher needed to teach today
the critical skills needed for tomorrow to the diverse learners with different academic
abilities.
