Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ujamaa Ortho. Oatile holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from UCT and a deep understanding of orthopaedic surgery, as well as an extensive network, having passed 2 of the 3 Fellowship of the College of Orthopaedic Surgeons and having worked across multiple orthopeadic surgery departments in South Africa.
In the past Oatile has served as the Internal Program Manager of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Shapers Commu- nity, a network of hubs developed and led by young people dedicated to making a contribution to their communities. In addition to this, he also serves as the Chairperson of the Bosele Foundation Trust, an education trust, a position he has held since the foundation’s inception in 2014.
Oatile is a passionate team-player, a motivated leader, and a socially conscious individual who steers in the direction of new learning opportunities and personal and professional growth.
