Terms & Conditions

1 Registration will be based on first-come-first-served basis. Registration closes when all the seats are
filled.

2 Al Jazari Innovation Hub reserves the right to postpone any program due to lack of participants or
any unforeseen circumstances. An attempt will be made to inform the customer in advance.

3 Course fees are payable in advance at least one week (7 days) before the start of the course by
cheque, bank transfer, cash or HRDF, payable to Al Jazari Innovation Hub.

4 15% of course fee will be charged if we receive a cancellation request from the customer.

5 Al Jazari Innovation Hub will provide all required instruction manuals, technical manuals and
training materials for courses.

6 On completion of a course, each participant will receive either a Certificate of Completion or a
Certificate of Attendance, depending on the type of course.

7 Customized courses could be arranged on request, at Al Jazari Innovation Hub training centre.
