Improvement Engineer

-Lead Empowered Improvement
team to manage idea generation and
routing the ideas to appropriate
work process for implementation
-Lead the development facility or
area CoF Gap Profile analysis
-Generate facility project list and
maintains the FSIP up to date
-Lead the BOP development
-Partner with Project Engineer on
FEL 2 & 3 development
-Develop Project Implementation
Feedback (PIF)

Improvement Leader

-Ensure initiation and completion of
individual facility or area gap analysis
exercise
-Lead the site gap and priority profile
review and make recommendation on
scoring
-Leads the description of site specific
“fix the obvious” boundaries
-Coordinate the development of BOP
and review draft BOP
-Leads the establishment of the SIP.
-Ensuring that alignment of the
improvement opportunities with the
-Business strategies and Company
expectations
-Assists the Project Manager in select-
ing members for Project Team
-Communicates result and share lesson
learnt to stakeholders
