I retired from Millis in 2011. Since then, I have worked part-time as a Student Teacher Supervisor at Stonehill College and a Parent Engagement Coordinator for the Stoughton Public Schools.

I am married to Jane Appel, SHS Class of 1970. We have 3 sons in their 30's. They all graduated from Sharon High. I am a certified Master Gardener. I love working on the gardens in my yard. We live in the house that Jane grew up in.

I graduated Northeastern University in 1973. My career has been in Elementary School Education. I have been a teacher and a principal. I taught for 5 years in Sharon at the Cottage Street School. I also taught in West Bridgewater for 12 years. I was an assistant principal in Milford for one year and a principal in Millis for 12 years.
