OUR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Falcon Pack believes in long term association with its stakeholders. As part of its strategic plan Falcon Pack has
chosen to have multiple locations for its operations. This has given functional, operational and logical advantage
by reducing risk, rework and redundancy.

Head Office: Spread over an area of 15,000 sq ft, this provides facilities for our central offices of Chairman,
Accounts and Finance, Human Resource and Administration, Purchase, Marketing, Planning, Information
Technology etc.

Production Facilities: There are four production facilities of Falcon Pack for manufacturing the complete product
range. Each of these facilities has its own complete set up of the offices and work space for Production, Quality
Control, Maintenance, Storage of Raw Material etc.

• Sharjah has two state-of-art production facilities for Plastic Products, Paper Plate, Paper Bags,
Lids, Portions and Tubes etc. The facilities are accordingly equipped with Lines like 8 colors
Flexo Printing, 6 colors flexo printing, Heat Seal Lacquer, Coating, Lamination, Slitting, etc
• Ras Al Kamiah has state-of-art production facilities for Aluminum House Hold Foil, Cling Film,
Aluminium Containers, Lids, Cake Boards, Sandwich Paper, Baking Paper, Plastic Products etc.
• Detergent division has facilities for making Sanitizers, Hand Soap, Dish Wash, Shampoo, Fabric
Softener, Disinfectants, Detergents and other Chemical Products.

Ware House: All the finished products are received, stored and delivered to customers from a central ware house.
This facility has
> Offices for Sales, Credit Control, Sales Centre, Supply Chain and Logistics
> Storage capacity of approx 200,000 sq ft in Sharjah and approx. 300,000 sqft in RAK
> Falcon Pack has its own fleet of closed vehicles having different capacity to deliver products
to its customers.
> Auditorium: Spread over 4000 sq ft, this modern hall has a sitting capacity for
about 200 people. Generally used for in-house conference, meeting and training programs
> Sales Centers: Spread across UAE these Falcon Pack owned retail store offer a unique and wide
range of products to its valued customers.
Branches: Falcon Pack is continuously making all efforts to be close to customers by having its branches at
different locations in UAE and in other countries. Each branch is having facilities for office of Accounts, Sales and
Supply Chain including resources of distribution.
