EXPERT WITNESS

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Donohue is sought after by

many lawyers and arbiters to analyze, explain and testify in regard to

highly disputed and/or complex transactions and situations.

Mr. Donohue has been retained as an expert witness in civil court

trials and arbitrations in cases regarding topics such as real estate,
commercial leasing, standard practices of real estate professionals,
valuations, fair compensation, etc.

Mr. Donohue is able to write briefs and position papers on these complex
subjects so that the lawyers, judges and juries can clearly understand the basis

of the expert recommendation and the conclusions.

For example, in one case that Mr. Donohue was hired as an expert witness, the
lawyers put up a handful of other experts against Mr. Donohue’s

statements. After hearing all the various witnesses the judge in the case ruled in
his favor by stating “ The Court found convincing the testimony of Mr.
Donohue….”.
