Frozen (no oil or vinegar needed) 1-2m
Season with salt and pepper, herbs, spices and oils to cook Dress on - as you use - basis.
Cooked refrigerated and tightly covered cooked veggies last 3-5 days. Freeze in thin packages or ice cube trays
Defrost under water @room T.
